Morgan Automotive Group is searching for Receptionists for our LandRover of Sarasota dealership – part-time available at our new state of the art, luxury dealership!
Responsibilities:
- Greeting guests and directing them appropriately
- Answer incoming calls in a professional manner, determine nature of call, and direct caller to appropriate individual or department
- Assist with loaner car program
- Assist with checking out customers
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain a work environment that is clean and presents a professional image
Requirements
- Receptionist Experience is ideal
- Strong Customer Service Skills
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Keep Accurate Records
- Detail Oriented
- Time Management Skills
- Professional Appearance and Good Communication Skills
- Integrity, a Positive Attitude, and a Strong Work Ethic
- Willingness to Learn, Receptive to New Ideas
- Ability to be a Team Player
- Bi-lingual is a plus, fluent in Spanish and English
