REPORTS TO: STORE MANAGER

POSITION SUMMARY

Assist guests with purchases by recommending suitable products for their needs, preferences, and budgets.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILTIES:

• Strict adherence to state LCB law and compliance.
• Greet and welcome customers.
• Deliver industry-leading customer service performance as prescribed by Euphorium.
• Have current knowledge of marijuana strains, products and trends.
• Process payments accurately using POS system.
• Ensure workplace is clean and well organized.
• Check customer's ID to verify they are legal age.
• Ensure that the sales floor is adequately stocked.
• Open/close of store. Set up, take-down, cash reconciliation, & final return of inventory each night.
• Other duties as assigned/required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 21+ years of age
• High School diploma or equivalent
• A minimum of 1 or more years of retail or restaurant experience
• Excellent verbal and communication skills
• Possesses excellent customer service skills, with a proven track record in all areas of sales
• Detail orientated
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Professional demeanor with customers and peers
• Ability to work cohesively in a team environment
• Passion and a sense of urgency for driving and achieving results
• Effective at standing, walking, and moving around the sales floor and stockrooms
• Understands how to operate registers/POS devices
• Is capable of lifting and carrying up to 30 lbs., climbing, reaching, and/or pushing or pulling as required to meet responsibilities
• Available to work a flexible work schedule as required, including nights, weekends, holidays and overtime
• Can meet requirements for regular on-the-job attendance to ensure appropriate management coverage
