Shift: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
Wage: Depends on Experience
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
- Responsible for the daily splitting and report generating for the Interline Partners revenue
- Maintaining and managing the open AR for all Interline Partners
- Assist Accounts Payable with Interline payment questions
- Assist with Customer calls and emails
- Back up for other department duties
- Other duties as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Exercise good judgment to problem solve
- Detail oriented
- Extremely well organized
- Must be able to multi-task
- Can work in team environment
- Works well under pressure to meet deadlines
- Ability to communicate with customers in courteous, helpful, professional and timely manner
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong computer skills
- High school education required
- One year of Accounts Receivable experience desired but not required
- Must be able to follow instructions and take directions
- Must be able to operate Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access and willing to learn new computer programs to assist with daily duties.
