Manage pastry department of 5 people
Manage the completion of daily production list
Adhear to pastry chefs standards in food and sanitation
Multitask supervising with production. Being aware of surrounding people and product.
Recipe testing and implementation
Ability to lift 50 pounds
Preferred Culinary Degree
Preferred ServSafe certification
Preferred experience in catering or large quantity production
