Patient Care Advocates are responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role ensures that customer needs are heard and met; and, that all sales are compliant with state regulations. This position is also responsible for ensuring transactions are accurately recorded in point-of-sale and inventory tracking systems. Most importantly, this role embodies the company’s service, culture, and brand image to our customers.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

As a Bloc PCA you'll ensure the consistent delivery of an exceptional customer experience for our patients and assist customers in product selection based on defined treatment plans and product availability. You'll fulfill customer requests and look for opportunities to introduce new and alternative products. You'll ensure patients are accurately tracked in the patient system, educate customers on product attributes and usage; and, perform sales transactions in compliance with all regulations governing the sale of cannabis products in the State of Missouri. You'll also answer phones, respond to voicemail, and take orders. Another key responsibility of this role is to maintain knowledge of new and existing products via vendor training, documentation, and cross-training with management, pharmacists, and senior patient care advocates.

What you bring to the role:

Your experience includes two or more years of experience working in a fast paced and high-volume retail or pharmacy environment with cash handling responsibility. You're also passionate about delivering exceptional customer experience.

You must be at least 21 and possess a valid driver’s license or state ID and be able to pass all required background checks, certifications, and affiliation requirements.
