We offer our patients a full range of medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology services, ranging from acne and rosacea treatment, skin cancer screenings, mole and birthmark screenings, melanoma surgery, MOHS skin cancer surgery, cyst and lipoma removals, to a wide range of cosmetics procedures such as face and neck rejuvenation, lip augmentation, liquid rhinoplasty, fat reduction and many others. We're looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team of Patient Care Coordinators. The successful candidate for this position will have a background in customer service and enjoy working in a busy office environment. The Patient Care Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling patient appointments, communicating with patients, and taking notes during patient visits.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage doctor schedules, patient intake and check out process.
  • Make follow up appointments/calls, confirmation calls with proper verbiage.
  • Reconcile daily collections to match with patients ledgers.
  • Schedule patients according to perfect day template.
  • Attend and participate in morning huddle.
  • Help keep the work space, reception area, bathroom and operatories clean and tidy.
  • Help assist doctor with entering medical procedures and treatment plans.
  • Help assist doctor with setting up operatory and with procedures.

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
