A private medicine office in Kingwood is seeking a kind and competent professional. The candidate must have excellent customer service skills, a strong work ethic, and adhere to the highest standards of integrity and patient confidentiality. Some medical knowledge and/or Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement a plus. Will train on all our services.
Must have excellent computer skills, professional appearance, and comply with state and federal confidentiality requirements, including HIPAA laws. Familiarity with Intergy EMR or My Aesthetics Pro is a plus.
- Greet and manage patient intake.
- Record and update financial information upon collecting patient fees.
- Provide paperwork to the patients.
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills that build effective working relationships with patients, providers, vendors, and other team members.
- Is a quick study, can immediately build rapport, assess the patients, and explain our treatment and procedures.
- Must be self-starter, accountable, and highly motivated to hit and exceed target goals.
- Manage Social media accounts.
- Maintain professionalism, even when working under pressure.
- Must be highly organized and detail-oriented
- Schedule patient appointments
- Answer incoming calls
- Make adjustments to schedule as needed.
- Faxes requested reports.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
