We are looking for an highly driven office staff to coordinate the patient care of our clients. The primary responsibility of this position is payroll. Home Health is preferred.

- Coordinate Electronic Visit Verifications (EVV), Personal Attendant Services (PAS), PAS-Delegated (PAS-D) program wide and process reports.
- Ensure that requested hours do not exceed those approved for each patient.
- Participates in on-call rotation.
- Make every effort to avoid overtime and ensure hours worked by monitoring employee hours on a weekly basis.
- Complete variance reports if unable to provide approved/ordered hours as appropriate, and fax to doctors.
- Assist with handling of patient complaints and refer to Administrator/Supervising Nurse as necessary.
- Assist in monitoring level of satisfaction with services and by communicating with Administrator, Supervising Nurse, or Case Manager.
- Assist with and participate in staff meetings and case conferences, as appropriate.
- Position requires high school diploma or equivalent plus one year minimum prior experience in customer service or clerical support position. Prefer a minimum of six months prior experience in healthcare environment performing staffing functions. Applicable two year or four year college degree preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to effectively handle multiple tasks required. Professional customer service skills and time management skills required.
- Requires ability to speak, read and write English.
