About us
Village Eyecare is an established Optometry practice providing comprehensive eye care in Chicago for over 50 years.
We are seeking a strong Patient Care Coordinator/Receptionist for our Hyde Park Optometric practice.
The Patient Care Coordinator will perform the duties of:
- Answering the phones
- Scheduling and confirming appointments
- Locating and authorizing and verifying insurance benefits
- Work with PCCs to maintain patient communications via phone, text, email, fax, etc.
We are seeking an energetic candidate capable of multi-tasking and providing excellent customer service to all of our patients. Experience is preferred but willing to train for the right candidate.
We are a multi-location private practice specializing in superior patient eye care, high end and independent eye wear lines and specialty contact lenses.
