Manito Family Dentistry is seeking a full-time Patient Care Coordinator/Receptionist to join our team!
Manito Family Dentistry is a team-oriented, family practice, that has been providing dental care in the heart of the South Hill since 1992. Dr. Kelly Hennessey and her team aim to provide patient-focused care, while promoting a positive work environment and providing a place to grow professionally.
We are seeking someone who is enthusiastic, self-motivated and detail-oriented. Dental experience is preferred. We look forward to meeting you and welcoming you to our dental family!
Software: SoftDent, Sensei communication, Patterson Imaging
Duties:
- welcoming and greeting patients
- answering the phone
- scheduling patients in both restorative and hygiene
- confirming appointments, communicating with patients through Sensie texting communication, and rescheduling patients as necessary
- updating patient information and health histories
- maintaining our recall list
- organizing and preparing patient charts & daily schedules for office staff
- orchestrating patient referrals to specialists, including scheduling patients with specialiasts and sending referral paperwork/xrays
- general office duties, including filing, faxing and organization
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
