Patient Intake Coordinator

• Pay: $25-$30 per hour
• Benefits: Fully paid medical benefits, PTO and Holiday Pay
• Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30am -4:30pm with a 1 hour lunch

Responsibilities::

• Work under the general direction of the practice manage
• Check In/ Out patients, includes colleting copayment
• Create dental charts
• Work with the clinical staff to schedule patients and ensure that the center’s work flow efficiently runs
• Answer and direct all incoming calls
• Create a welcoming environment that puts patients at ease and introduces them to our office that offers a world class experience
• Utilize problem-solving skills to support center and colleagues for resolution of issues
• Update insurance coverage, verify insurance details
• Order and organize collateral as needed
• Monitor patient wait times and work with staff to provide non-clinical assistance when they are running behind
• Assist Front Office Administrator with the following duties
  • Be familiar with procedure codes
  • Know daily deposit amounts and make reports as requested

Software:

• Open Dental, Dexis, Weave

Qualifications:

• Dental experience desired
• High school Diploma or equivalent GED
