• has previous successful experience working in a clinic or healthcare environment (preferably front office experience)
• Medical Assistant experience is a plus
• has basic typing, telephone technical, and computer skills (Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel). Knowledge of EMR systems is a plus.

The Hurtt Family Health Clinic is looking for full-time Patient Services Representatives to provide daily front office, insurance eligibility, and intake support services for Hurtt Family Health Clinic patients. This position is full-time with a schedule of Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Bilingual. Fluent in Spanish to English (medical terminology preferred)
• 6 months - 1 year of medical front office experience OR any combination of education and work experience to make an equivalency. Community Clinic setting experience is preferred but not required. Medical Assistant experience a plus
• Ability to receive instruction and multi-task while working in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in data entry and computer programs in Microsoft Windows and Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Internet Explorer).
• A pleasant personality to people you are speaking to on the telephone, visitors, and company personnel.
• Regular timely attendance on the job

The Hurtt Family Health Clinic is a local community health clinic organization that provides medical, dental, vision, chiropractic, and behavioral health services to low-income patients in Orange County, California. Our organization has four clinic locations within Orange County and one Call Center department located in Tustin and we are looking to add a full time Call Center Representative to our growing organization.
