Now, emboldened by the infusion of new data acquisition and management solutions, you'll add domain expertise in healthcare disparities and social drivers to care to curate solutions and innovative pairings of clinical & social determinants of health data to enable the numerous use cases we're uncovering every week across the payer landscape. We're looking for a solutions lead that will define and scale a national solution to address social determinants and healthcare disparities for members across our entire footprint and who is passionate about leveraging data to inform healthcare delivery and advancing health equity for the benefit of the population, the payers and providers that serve them.

As a member of our Payer Solutions team, you be responsible for identifying market opportunities and driving new ideas and concepts. Identify gaps in information to further SDoH initiatives. In partnership with the product and technology team, facilitates the development of a "roadmap" as to the best course to drive SDoH work from concepts to action to health improvement to payment structures supportive of health and wellbeing work.This includes analyzing trends and market disruptions and searching for emerging new market opportunities.

You Will:

  • Work closely with product, sales, marketing, client services, technology, and operations to develop tailored solutions leveraging our existing capabilities and define/articulate the value proposition for health plans.
  • Lead and conduct business process and gap analysis to diagnose process improvement opportunities and to develop re-usable solutions.
  • Navigate and influence multiple cross-functional teams in a complex, matrix work environment
  • Work collaboratively with Sales to execute on agreed upon targets.
  • Identify and develop new market opportunities to achieve overall business objectives and long-term growth targets, including exploration of business partnerships that help augment and differentiate Ciox solutions.
  • Develop thorough market research, competitive intelligence, and environmental assessments, providing a well-documented evaluation of the demand landscape.
  • Help develop and manage outcomes via the use of SDoH and create / measure clinical savings and quality outcomes Lead and drive large scale SDoH initiatives; assist with program creation and execute operationally at a high level.
  • Leverage market insights to monitor trends and external landscape, and to inform capability strategies and customer use case scenarios.

What You Will Bring to the Table:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in business, finance, analytics, healthcare delivery, public policy, or a related field is required.
  • Five (5) or more years of experience in community-based organization, Healthcare and/or Managed Care experience preferred.
  • Prior relevant work experience focused on SDoH and Health Disparities or population health.
  • Drive, entrepreneurial orientation, and high motivation and persistence.
  • Strong communication skills; ability to present information in a concise manner to multiple organizational levels, including c-suite executives.
  • Three (3) or more years' experience working with payer customers and strong client communication skills.

Bonus Points if:

  • You are versed in electronic health record transaction sets (CCDA, FHIR, etc)
  • Value-Based Care
  • If you have worked in the past for health plan organizations in product/solution/operations role.

The range posted is for a given job title, which can include multiple levels. Individual rates for the same job title may differ based on their level, responsibilities, skills, and experience for a specific job. The estimated salary range for this role is $160,000-$190,000.
