Our firm is in need of a self-motivated and reliable Payroll Assistant with HR experience. Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus. This Payroll Assistant must be a responsible professional committed to accuracy in all transactions.
Responsibilities:
· Onboarding
· Verify employee’s weekly hours and process payroll through ADP Workforce Now
· Enter employment data into database
· Set up direct deposits, deductions and garnishments
· Track and update employees paid time off
· Perform administrative work, including maintaining files
Required Skills:
· ADP Payroll experience
· Microsoft Excel experience
· Detail-oriented and organized
· Excellent mathematics and communication skills
· Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
· Ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
