Payroll Associate Job at Center for Human Development
The Payroll Associate is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing the preparation, processing, distribution, auditing, maintenance, and reporting processes to ensure the efficient and effective functioning of payroll. The qualified candidate will also be responsible for overseeing the calculation of wages, overtime, and deductions to ensure compliance with federal and state laws, ensuring that payments and government reports are disbursed timely and accurately.
Requirements
Associate’s degree in business or related field and minimum of two years direct payroll experience. Related experience of 3 to 5 years will be considered in place of degree. The Payroll Associate should actively support the philosophy of the Agency and maintain a high level of commitment to program staff. Candidates should be meticulous and detail-oriented; able to prioritize work; be self-initiated; have an open, direct interpersonal style; be able to work well with a large variety of people; be organized, efficient and flexible; contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
