As Payroll Manager you will Perform all payroll and payroll tax functions and develop and train payroll staff. Provide direction on complex payroll, payroll tax and benefit payment issues. Ensure compliance with current payroll regulations for the entire LSS organization. Provide expertise for any payroll migrations needed during acquisitions. Provide guidance and expertise on any new payroll related software implementations and upgrades. Help establish policies for payroll and the accounting department. Establish best practices for any changes or improvements to payroll processing and software applications.

Position has a salary range of $68,000-$70,000, dependent on qualification.


QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field or equivalent experience
  • 3 – 5 years payroll experience required; leadership experience strongly preferred
  • Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation desired
  • Must be well-organized and detail-oriented to complete work correctly and in a timely manner
  • Analytical, investigative and organizational skills
  • Ability to give work direction and promote team work throughout the organization
  • Must have strong communication skills (listening, speaking and writing)
  • Strong interpersonal skill
  • Recent UKG processing experience a must
