As a member of our team in the Payroll Specialist role, you can expect to:

• Process multiple payrolls, both large and small
• Process New Hire Paperwork, including deductions, withholdings and similar items
• Quarterly reporting
• Payroll audits
• Reconcile payroll liabilities
• Working directly with management in producing a high level of payroll policies and procedures
• Consistently providing insight and process improvements to management
• Other duties as assigned

To qualify for this role, you will need these essential skills:

• Exceptional customer/client service skills
• Professional communication skills with internal and external customers
• Extremely detailed and the ability to properly manage deadlines and schedules

Requirements for this role:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• Minimum two years experience in Payroll and open to various payroll software
• Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
• Ability to understand complex accounting and payroll software
• Ability to offer suggestions and insight relative to our client's financial environment
• Committed to taking on new challenges and open to a variety of tasks
• Ability to maintain the highest professional standard regarding financial information and related reporting

Hours/Pay:

• Full-time M-F 8 am - 5 pm (more during tax season)
• $50,000 - $65,000 annual - INCREASED RATE OF PAY!
