Payroll Specialist Job at Iovino Enterprises Partners

The Payroll Specialist is responsible for the management of Iovino and partners’ payroll system. The individual will run weekly payrolls and ensure that all employee information in our system remains up to date.
Key Responsibilities
- Import and process time on CMIC, Sage 300 Real-estate & Construction.
- Generate employee checks, make ACH payments
- Payment and Reconciliation of Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly taxes.
- Payment and Reconciliation of Weekly and Monthly union remittances.
- Take necessary actions on Unemployment Insurance Claims, Levies and Garnishment.
- Work with the Benefits Manager to implement and learn the new HRIS system.
- Other duties assigned.
Education / Qualifications
Education/ Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration or another related field (or equivalent experience) preferred.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in payroll or accounting.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure, in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills.
