Always Best Care is looking for experienced caregivers to join our team. We are looking for 5-10 hourly caregivers in the Newington, New Britain, Rocky Hill & Wethersfield areas of Connecticut with flexible hourly availability, to join our team. Applicants should be equipped with the skills to provide personal care and companionship. Dementia knowledge and experience is always a plus! Flexible scheduling and assignments available.

Job Requirements include:
- Must be FULLY vaccinated against COVID-19
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to pass state and national background checks
- Valid driver license with registered & insured vehicle
- Ability to attend all assignments ON TIME daily during all weather conditions (rain, snow, sleet)
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with management via telephone, email, or in person
- All candidates MUST be authorized to work in the United States.
