Spa Iconic is new metro luxury European home spa in a quaint residential business area off of route 50 near Stone Ridge/Aldie Virginia. We are looking to franchise into the Canton, Ohio area and are looking for for Master Estheticians with excellent customer service and now how to perform Chemical Peels including PCA Peels to help with our new Spa and keep it growing in our new location which is on target to open this year in March -July. Our focus is Non-Invasive treatments such as Ultrasonic Liposuction Fat cell destruction, HydraFacials and other spa treatments including facials, Brazilian waxing, dermaplaning, Non-Invasive EMScuplt (Neo), Non-Invasive Brazilian butt lifts, UltraShape, Ultherapy, Microdermabrasion, Micro-current facials and full body massage, hair and nails and other spa treatments. Our treatments are all non-invasive with zero customer downtime.

Qualifications:

We offer flexible appointments based on your availability. You will want to learn and or have heard or are knowledgeable to perform the following:

Basic skincare routine

Basic knowledge of skin care for oily acne prone skin, dry skin, combination skin and how to communicate this to customers appropriately

Ultrasonic Cavitation, UltraShape, EMSculpt Neo, Lipotronics, Ultherapy, HIFU

Waxing Face & Body

Microcurrent,Galvanic

Basic & Advanced Facials

PCA Chemical Peel Certified

+ Massage therapy Certified

Our hours:

Monday-Saturday 8:00am-9:00 pm

Sunday 10:30-7:00pm

Responsibilities:

• Perform facial and body focused area peels PCA Peel, Jan Marini Peels
• Administer iLipo/ Ultrasonic non-invasive weight loss machines on clients and;
• Perform esthetician- Hydra facials and recommend other treatments including waxing and threading.
• Perform hot stone massage, full body massage, and offer upsell back facials to each customer.
• Sign clients up on spa packages within the spa that include a variety of treatments such as hydra dermabrasion facials and ultrasound fat reduction treatments and waxing services.
• During treatments listen to our clients needs and offer spa treatments to match their concerns ( must be able to upsell to match customers needs).
• Schedule clients while offering additional spa packages and facial treatments.
• Go over our pre/post treatment recommendations.
• Provide and verbally review intake forms with clients
• Schedule appointments prompt and courteously
• Clean and disinfect all areas and machines (open/close).
• Maintain professional friendly relationships with our clients and all coworkers.
• Be a team player, Cross-training skills required.

Compensation:

Part-time or full-time compensation ranges from. Make between $1500-$3800 a month total compensation based on part-time or full-time availability.

Qualifications

• Esthetician License Required
• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to listen our clients and communicate effectively with our clients
• Ability to make a client feel comfortable and relaxed
• Deep knowledge of skincare techniques

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $4,800.00 - $5,200.00 per month

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Self-determined schedule
• Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

• Commission pay
