Job Title: Supply Chain Specialist
Job Summary: The position is located in Pendleton, SC at the Milliken Pendleton Finishing Plant and reports directly to the Supply Chain Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage activities related to strategic or tactical purchasing, material requirements planning, inventory control, warehousing and receiving
Identify and implement continuous improvement to the supply chain process
Understand and effectively use the SAP planning systems to manage master data
Train, develop, and coach supply chain associates who are direct reports:
BS degree
1 - 3 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
A successful candidate will demonstrate strengths in the following:

Detail oriented and organized

- Ensure that written performance evaluations of associates are completed as required; provide continuous feedback on personal performance issues; take immediate action to recognize achievements and address deficiencies or problems
- Ensure safety rules are clearly understood and followed
