Staffmax Healthcare is seeking Surgical Tech's in Robbinsdale, MN starting within two weeks of offer.

72 Hour position

Salary

• $20,000 SIGN-ON BONUS IF CANDIDATE HAS AT LEAST 1 YEAR OF EXPERIENCE AS A CST ($10,000 sign-on bonus if less than a year)
• Up to $10,000 RELOCATION ASSISTANCE AVAILABLE
• Hourly Range: $32.80 - $42.30 (based on years of experience)
• Salary Range: $68,224 - $87,984 (based on 40 hour work week)

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited surgical technology program or equivalent.
• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) License in Minnesota
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification

Position Summary

• Provides assistance and support to the surgeon and operative team to ensure a safe environment, equipment functions properly, adheres to surgical concepts and infection control principles.
• Previous Operating room experience preferred.
• Customer service skills.
• Ability to organize and prioritize.
• Communication and Interpersonal skills.
