Oakland Spine and Physical Therapy is an expanding, high energy, multi-disciplinary rehabilitation facility, with locations in Oakland, Wayne, Fair Lawn and Closter, NJ, looking for an outstanding person to join our team!

We are seeking a full-time Personal Assistant to join our growing family! This position works hand and hand with our operations manager and the owner and CEO of the company, assisting in all aspects of work and life!

This full-time role will include:

- Supporting the CEO in his daily professional and personal life so he may focus on other high-level tasks this includes general receptionist work and scheduling coordination

- Managing and maintaining executive’s professional and personal calendars, travel arrangements and itineraries, speaking engagements, etc.

- Availability to be on-call for communication during non-business hours

- Aiding the CEO with general office management and event coordination

- Assisting with the organization of the executive’s professional and personal files and documents

- Completing personal and business-related tasks or errands (i.e. ordering and stocking supplies)

- Making office rounds at all locations (10 mi radius)

- Providing continuous support to the CEO and ensures all interactions with outside vendors and internal staff are kept professional and leave an immaculate impression of the company

- Traveling with the company

- Fulfilling other duties as assigned

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
