Pharmacy Technician - Shipping Job at Synchrony Health Services

Responsibilities:
Receives and unloads incoming orders for pharmacy services. Prepares shipment deliveries to customers and informs customers of the receipt, shipping dates and delays of orders. Answers and responds to customer inquiries.
Hours - Monday-Friday 3:30pm-12:00am (No Weekends)
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Unloads totes from deliveries.
2. Unloads order from various suppliers and vendors.
3. Prepares and sets up totes for facilities in the warehouse.
4. Prepares and gathers and disposes of trash.
5. Processes Stats for delivery.
6. Scans meds to facilities totes.
7. Unloads shipments as received.
8. Organizes, sweeps and ensures that the warehouse neat and clean.
9. Processes various account deliveries for shipment.
10. Processes all deliveries received.
11. Review past orders on Delivery Trac.
12. Orders shipping and receiving supplies.
13. Assists with unload of unload pharmacy cards for packing.
14. Removes medications, as needed, from deliveries.
15. Informs customers of order information, shipping dates, and any anticipated delays.
16. Maintains accurate, detailed reports and records

Qualifications:
- High School degree or equivalent.
- TN Registered Pharmacy Technician within 90 days from date of hire.
Experience
- One (1) to three (3) years' shipping/receiving or service center experience. Healthcare, senior living industry, pharmacy or long-term care environment preferred.
- Basic computer skills that include knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite of products.
