Are you a passionate, caring leader looking to foster cognitive, social-emotional, and physical development for school-aged children? We are looking for a Physical Activity Coach in the Franklin Pierce School District. If hired, you will have the opportunity to foster a strong sense of team-building and sportsmanship, while working with youth from kindergarten through fifth grade.
If selected for this position, you will be responsible for providing direct implementation and management of physical activity programming at your designated school site. As a Physical Activity Coach, you will be expected work closely with school administration, including teachers, principals and other key administrative staff in order to ensure clear communication, and provide a quality physical activity component for all students.
Are you a good fit?
- You are committed to valuing and promoting diversity and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment.
- You have experience working with students, preferably in a school or camp setting.
- You have experience in one or more of the following areas: Physical Education, sports, recreation games, etc.
- You love working with people.
- You are organized, proactive and know how to get things done.
- You have current CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications.
Hours: Full-Time, 36 hours per week
