What you’ll do
With an assigned caseload of patients, you’ll perform physical therapy evaluations and treatments to residents in one of our retirement communicates. That includes initiating care plans, providing treatment, working closely with residents and families, and supervising licensed physical therapy assistants. You’ll also maintain accurate patient records through use of mobile devices.
What it takes
- Current unencumbered license for the state of Ohio to practice as a Physical Therapist (PT) required
- One year experience as a Physical Therapist in a hospital, long-term care facility, or home health agency preferred. New grads always welcome!
Valid driver’s license, insurance and acceptable driving record
