JOB SUMMARY:
- Metro Chicago hospital seeks Physical Therapist for full or part time role.
- Both weekday and weekend opportunities available.
- Inpatient acute care and Outpatient opportunities available at Hospital and/or Outpatient setting.
- Physical Therapist will provide diagnostic, consultative and treatment services for inpatient acute care patients and outpatient patients.
- 3-5 days a week available.
- Monday-Friday.
- Weekends optional.
- Physical Therapist as licensed by the Illinois Dept. of Financial and Professional Regulation.
- Prefer PT with relevant experience. Will consider new grad with appropriate clinical experience.
- Credentials to be completed prior to and upon hire.
