Fall west suburban School District seeks a part time (3 days a week) Physical Therapist to work with elementary and middle school students. Caseload is primarily resource and gen ed students.

Fall west suburban School District seeks a part time (3 days a week) Physical Therapist to work with elementary and middle school students. Caseload is primarily resource and gen ed students.
Responsibilities:
- Provide Diagnostic and Treatment services for Students, consult with teachers/staff and parents, attend IEP and other meetings as appropriate.
- PT license as issued by IDFPR
- Experience working with pediatrics
- New grads willing to be trained will be considered
- Credentials to be completed prior to and upon hire
