Position: Physical Therapist
Duties: Evaluates and treats individuals with temporary or long-term physical disabilities to relieve pain, restore function, and promote healing. Primary role in outpatient setting with occasional rotation to treat inpatients. Documents findings in EMR and establishes plan of care to meet patient goals. Demonstrates excellent customer skills.
Hours: Per Diem, various shifts.
Salary: Commensurate with experience.
Required Education/Experience:

Required Education/Experience:
- MS, or DPT Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited College/ University program in physical therapy
- Licensed to practice Physical Therapy in NY State
- 1 year of outpatient physical therapy preferred
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination or medical exemption confirmation required.
