We manage and staff healthcare facilities in the WNY, Upstate and Northern region of New York with physicians, CRNA’s, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants on either a temporary (locum tenens) or permanent status. We are looking for the best of the best in Sales and or Staffing to come work for us!

Our physician Group is in search of a motivated individual with a proven entrepreneurial spirit and several years of high level recruitment experience.

Position overview:

  • Find and develop prospective business through a variety of marketing sources
  • Acquire new physicians/providers, APP’s & CRNA’s to work in the Upstate NY Region
  • Create and maintain relationships with clients and physicians/providers leading to a long-term working relationship
  • Utilize a sense of urgency, with persistence and professionalism to achieve placement for your physicians/providers
  • Capable of utilizing all recruiting channels, including Internet sources, databases, and social media/networking to their fullest capacities
  • Responsible for placement of providers into client’s medical facilities and clinics by matching physician skill level, licenses, preferences, board status, credentials, professional certifications and designations as applicable per state and federal regulations.
  • Arrange interviews for physicians/clients
  • Negotiate contract terms with clients and physicians and extend offers
  • Maintain database regarding status of potential candidates persuasive, influential, and professionally persistent
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills and ability to communicate with candidates in a professional manner
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • A creative thinker who likes to think outside the box

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience of successful Healthcare Sales and or Recruiting
  • Physician & APP sourcing (recruiting) experience is highly preferred
  • Effective negotiation skills
  • Strong phone skills (Majority of business is completed via telephone)
  • College level education or equivalent experience desired
