Seeking a Manufacturing Plant Controller in Las Vegas, Nevada facility to serve our fast-paced, growing operation in Las Vegas and Reno with financial support, analytics, inventory control and to be business partner to the manufacturing team. The successful candidate will serve as the site financial leader and be an integral part of a high-energy, entrepreneurial business. As with any high-growth business, this position requires someone who thrives in a culture of rapid change and one where the solution or process will rarely be clearly defined in advance. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, naturally inquisitive, demonstrating a passion to work hard, easygoing, collaborative under pressure, willing to take risks and open to learning something new.

Essential Job Functions :
- Operational performance reporting & analysis
- Forecasting & budgeting
- Inventory control procedures
- Managing discretionary spending to ensure targets are achieved
- Cost accounting variance analysis and maintenance
- Month-end / year-end financial close procedures & reporting
- Demonstrated understanding of US GAAP
- Ad-Hoc financial analysis & reporting
- Strong communication skills, both written & verbal
- Other duties as assigned
Experience & Education :
- 8+ Years in Finance/Accounting roles of progressive experience
- 5+ Years Experience in Manufacturing Finance/Accounting
- Cost Accounting
- Prior Site Finance Lead / Management Experience (preferred)
- Comfortable with data and ERP systems
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting preferred
