Talent Recruiting Partners is seeking a Plant Controller for one of our clients in the manufacturing industry. This client is a subsidiary of a large, publicly traded company with multiple locations throughout the US. This position will have full P&L responsibilities for the largest plant in Alabama and will work hand in hand with the Plant Manager on budgeting, forecasting, and operational improvements.
This is a great opportunity for someone operationally minded who wants to be a true strategic business partner. This is a high visibility role within the parent company and will provide ample upward mobility.
Requirements:
- Manufacturing/Cost Accounting Experience
- Supervisory/Management experience highly preferred
- Degree in Accounting highly preferred
- SOX experience a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
