On offer is a varied role where you will direct both operations and strategy inside an engineering environment. This will include having direct reports including the managers Operations, Quality, H&S, Controller and HR. The day to day tasks will include developing forecasts, financial objectives and business plans to help benefit the companies customers.
This role would suit a Plant Manager with experience overseeing a small to medium sized plant who is looking for progression, development and the chance to shape the bright future of a growing organization.
- Direct both operations and strategy inside an engineering plant environment
- Direct reports include the managers within Ops, Quality, H&S, Controller & HR
- Developing forecasts, financial objectives and business plans to benefit customers
- Manage and allocate budget and funds in line with business needs
- Plant management or leadership experience
- Knowledge or background inside a manufacturing environment
- Experience with customer succession planning and strategies
