TRIGO Quality Solutions is seeking a permanent Plant Quality Manager to provides leadership and management for the quality function and sustainment of the quality and lean culture for the division at the plant level.

Objectives

Work in a safe manner at all times and report any unsafe conditions to your supervisor in order that the situation can be corrected. Report all accidents and near misses in a timely manner when they occur.
• Maintain proper ergonomics at all times when performing assigned tasks.
• To perform daily cross-functional job assignments in all areas of your assigned department per the established procedures and work guidance.
• Participate and support all lean, continuous improvement programs, initiatives and activities.
• Clean all assigned work areas after completion of the required work according to 5s standards.
• Maintain proper radio etiquette when using company radios, PA System and/or phone, business use only.
• Maintain professionalism when representing the company.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Automotive experience preferred. Through continuous improvement of processes and procedures, ensure that our customers' needs and demands are met and that the costs of non-quality and environment are minimized. Meanwhile, in charge of machine investment and ensure machines run with high efficiency performance.

Responsibilities:

• Manage internal/external customer issues/concerns communication, action plan implementation to avoid similar issues from repeating.
• Act as liaison between company and customer. follow up and respond to customer promptly./';
• Maintain and develop quality management system (QMS) to align with relative interested parties' demand.
• Ensure IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 compliance at all times.
• Lead all audits, customer audits, internal audits, & third-party certificate audit, etc.
• Analyze quality data collect from production consistently in order to identify continuous improvement activities.
• Work with team to develop processes, establish process documentation and controls.
• Involve into any new project launch.
• Take charge of all PPAP elements preparation and customer approval
• Manage supplier quality issue and supplier PPAP approval.
• Conduct supplier on-site audit when necessary.
• Maintain assigned quality KPIs.
• Provide oversight on calibration procedure and document all the records.
• Foster standardized work through work instruction and daily coaching activities.
• Reporting all accidents and injuries in a timely manner and complies with all health, safety and environmental standards
• Ensure employees have sufficient quality training
• Other duties/task assigned

Required:

• Bachelor's Degree (i.e., Industrial, Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering, etc)
• Minimum 10 years' experience in a Quality position in automotive industry.
• At least 2 years at the Quality Manager level preferred
• Trained in the ISO/IATF 16949 quality management systems and internal auditing. Hand on Knowledge of the Core Tools (APQP, MSA, PPAP, SPC, FMEA)
• Thorough knowledge of blue print reading and interpretation of geometric dimensioning and tolerance.
• Proficient in the understanding and use of Statistical process control (SPC)
