Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Acting as an initial point of contact for customers to perform the need analysis and aid in answering questions about the products
• Assist clients with answering questions about the technology and features about their newly purchased car
• Assist management in ensuring full client satisfaction in regards to the purchase of their new vehicle
• Set up Bluetooth, navigation, and other related features of the vehicle with the client
• Creating social media posts to promote Porsche brand and products
• Assist with event planning

Qualifications include but are not limited to:

• Willing to engage in product training
• Desire to move along the Ciocca Dealerships career path into sales
• MUST have exceptional verbal and written communication skills
