The Artesian on Westheimer is hiring a Porter to join the 3-person team for their 660-unit community located in the Energy Corridor area of Houston. The property features a community clubhouse, game room, and resident lounge! The ideal candidate has 1 year of Porter experience, good customer service skills, and an eye for detail.

Porter Job Description:

• Picking up community grounds
• Cleaning the office and amenity areas
• Tackling compactors daily
• Pressure washing
• Cleaning exterior buildings and breezeways
• Ability to do light maintenance in make ready units
• Use of ladders for light changes
• Good customer service skills
• Team player, able to work independently, take direction from others and have strong communication skills
• Other job duties as assigned by Supervisor
• Will require lifting, pulling, bending, and stooping
• Must have reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license
