Maitland City Centre is a mid-rise 244-unit Class A luxury community in the Maitland area of Orlando. The property features a community clubhouse, game room, and resident lounge! The ideal candidate has 1 year of Porter experience, good customer service skills, and an eye for detail.

Porter Job Description:

• Picking up community grounds
• Cleaning the office and amenity areas
• Tackling compactors daily
• Pressure washing
• Cleaning exterior buildings and breezeways
• Ability to do light maintenance in make ready units
• Use of ladders for light changes
• Good customer service skills
• Team player, able to work independently, take direction from others and have strong communication skills
• Other job duties as assigned by Supervisor
• Will require lifting, pulling, bending, and stooping
• Must have reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license
