General Description:
Greet guests arriving for service/repairs. Follow the dealership’s policies on greeting/parking/driving and customer service. Retrieve guest’s vehicle for delivery. Make sure all equipment is available, functional and stored properly. Ensure all areas are kept clean and hazard free for all guests and team members.
Essential Duties:
- Greet all guests arriving for service. Place numbered hat as described by company policy. Add protection mats and seat covering to vehicle as well as key lock box.
- Parks vehicle in designated areas as instructed. Locks keys in key box or places keys in designated area.
- Assists ASM, technicians and management with task as needed.
- Deliver vehicles to guests waiting as instructed.
- Maintains a current CA driver’s license. Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle.
- Complete housekeeping duties as needed.
- Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests. Maintains professional appearance.
