The Role: Porter / Utility Agent

We are currently looking for a motivated and experienced Dishwasher/Utility Agents to join our professional hospitality team at our exclusive Escape Lounge. This role requires an experienced and rounded hospitality professional who will be responsible for supporting our lounge and kitchen staff. Duties include:

Job Responsibilities

• Washes, rinses, and sanitizes dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and small wares. Occasionally polishes utensils. Drains dries and stacks items after washing.
• Maintain a pace enough to prevent back up of dirty dishes, glasses, etc.
• Return and restock all items to appropriate area after washing and sanitizing procedures are completed
• Empty garbage (checking for restaurant supplies) and keep garbage areas clean and covered
• Maintains cleanliness of floors, mats, drains, walls, and shelves in the kitchen area.
• Assists with kitchen deliveries including proper storage, organization, and rotation of products.
• Follows and complies, or ensures compliance, with established procedures, including Weights and Measures, health and sanitation, and safe work practices.
• Comply with all safety and sanitation guidelines and procedures
• Other duties will be assigned as needed

• Given the nature of the airport lounge, you will have to be flexible around shift times and availability.
• You must be over 21 years old to comply with our service of alcohol policy.
• You must be able to pass a TSA background check in order to obtain an airport badge.
