Description: Post-Construction Cleaning Custodian - with Bonus & Benefit

Workdays: Vary

Shift Options: Daytime & Nighttime Availability (5:00 AM - 12:00 AM) or (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM) or (9:00 PM - 5:00 AM)

Location: NYC

Overview:

• Performs a variety of general cleaning tasks or disinfection to maintain building lobbies, offices, hallways, restrooms, and other assigned areas of the building facility.

Cleaning Responsibilities:

• Spray down surfaces with disinfectant and wipe down surfaces.

• Polishes and cleans fixtures in offices and bathrooms.

• Wet mops and Vacuums.

• Dust and cleans fixtures, tops or windows, door frames, high touch points

• Removes waste from work area and places waste in specified bags or containers.

• Cleans and disinfects all fixtures, floors, mirrors, windows, doors, and walls of bathrooms.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Strong work ethic and the ability to be on-time consistently

• Attention to detail

• Willingness to learn

Past Experience:

• Janitorial or any other prior cleaning experience: 1 year (Preferred)

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour (plus monthly bonuses for perfect attendance)
