Job Summary and Qualifications

The Practice Manager II provides oversight of 3 or more practices, and may include ancillary services. Promotes achievement of department goals and objectives by supervising office support staff and clinical support staff (in partnership with clinical leadership) and coordinating daily operations. Supports operations of department or practice by ensuring organized and efficient administrative operations and managing the department budget. The Practice Manager II functions as a resource person to the staff and health professionals within the practice and ensures that established protocols are followed and that staff members provide quality care to patients and their caregivers. In addition, the Practice Manager II will ensure front office and Non-Clinical procedures achieve practice standards. Provides consistent and clear communications with staff, patients and practice staff. Must present a high level of professionalism and respect as a representative of Mission Health. Specific job duties will vary based on the practice served.

Additionally the Practice Manager II will direct the activities of data collection and reporting related to finance, quality, access, strategy and provider performance

What qualifications you will need:

Required Education: Bachelor’s Degree or 10 years in a management role in lieu of education.

Preferred Education: Master’s Degree

Required Experience: 5 years of office management and supervisory experience, and a minimum of 2 years’ experience supervising staff in a medical practice environment.

Preferred Experience: 7 years of supervisory experience in a medical practice.

This role requires you to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 based on local, state and /or federal law or regulations (unless a medical or religious exemption is approved).
