URGENTLY HIRING - PREDICTIVE MAINTENANCE PROJECT LEADER

NEW STARTUP COMPANY LOCATED IN ASHLAND, VA

Career Recruiting Specialists is seeking an experienced predictive maintenance project manager with a minimum of 4 years of maintenance/project management experience.

Responsibilities

Contribute to the operational objectives by being one of the key players specialize in predictive maintenance

• Minimize the number of unexpected breakdowns
• Maximize asset uptime and improve asset reliability
• Reduce operational costs
• Maximize production hours
• Improve safety
• Manage Reliability Centric(vibration) Capital Projects that achieve Mill operational and maintenance objectives
• Ensure the maintenance of the assets by performing or directing the gathering of the vibration measurements of the bearings as well as the analysis and interpretation of these measurements.
• Develop and perform the predictive maintenance process flow
• Determine equipment and failure mode to be monitored
• Establish frequency
• Monitor conditions
• Issue reports & recommendations
• Participate in roots cause analysis with the rest of the reliability team as a specialist in predictive maintenance
• Perform other types of predictive inspections (thermography, ultrasound, oil analysis, etc.)

Requirements:

• A certification in industrial maintenance technology, mechanical engineering, industrial mechanics, predictive or preventive reliability maintenance or a combination of relative experience
• Experience in vibration analysis, thermography, ultrasound (an asset).
• Knowledge of industrial maintenance and lubrication.
• Autonomy, rigor, and accountability.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to demonstrate impact and influence in an advisory role.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
