Premium Positions - Mississippi State University Job at Proof Of The Pudding
Premium Hospitality Food & Beverage positions needed to help facilitate game-day events at Mississippi State University. All positions will report to the Premium Suites Manager.
- Suite Captains
- Servers
- Food Runners
Key Responsibilities:
Duties may include but are not limited to:
- Ensure the setting of suites, clubs, and buffets completely according to diagram and/or sample display.
- Must be able to set up for events, carry equipment, serve guests and clean up at the conclusion of the event.
- Quickly respond to guests needs
- Maintain proper dining experience, delivering items, fulfilling customer needs, replenishing utensils, and running food.
- Performing basic cleaning tasks as needed or directed.
- Adhere to grooming and appearance standards.
- Knowledge of event menu items and their contents.
- Responsible for setting buffet stations which may include décor.
- Serve and clear food and beverage quietly, professionally, and quickly, using proper serving and clearing techniques.
Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality or food & beverage is preferred
- Availability on Auburn game days and days leading up to the event
- Must be a highly organized and able to multi-task
- Must be friendly with a customer service mentality.
- Must adhere to all health and safety standards at all times.
Specialized Skills:
- Excellent listening and communication skills.
- Ability to perform physical tasks; such as but not limited to, lifting approx. 25-50 lbs.
