Press Operator Job at Specialized Staffing Solutions, Inc
We are in search for 2 capable candidates for 2nd and 3rd shift, as Press Feeders in our Offset Printing Pressroom Department.
Initial starting wage, with for up to 3 months training: $18-$19/hour.
Ideal candidate would have:
- some basic understanding of pressroom helper functions
- understanding of handling paper/stock loads for printing presses: unwrapping, pre-checks of quantity & quality of stock, aerating stocks on loads turner, manual loads preparations, etc.
- well organized and easy to follow directions
- good attitude & willingness to work OT and weekends
- good writing & reading skills to understand job tickets instructions
- interested to learn additional pressroom related responsibilities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
