Why this role

As a Principal Product Manager, Owner Experience, you will lead one of Evolve’s core growth areas. In this role, you will own the end-to-end experience for thousands of Vacation Rental Owners to help them start, manage, and grow their business on Evolve’s platform.

We are seeking a self-starter who has experience in defining and delivering customer-facing product features. Successful candidates will be big thinkers who excel in dealing with ambiguity, possess strong analytical capabilities, and stellar verbal and written communication skills. They bring a strong ability for cross-functional collaboration and influencing a diverse set of leaders across Engineering, UX, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to identify opportunities and drive consensus on product investments.

What you’ll do

  • Become a domain expert, and craft a vision and prioritize a roadmap for a suite of products to help Owners succeed in their business
  • Be the voice of Owners to build experiences that are not just reliable, scalable, and secure, but also create a competitive advantage for Evolve
  • Proactively coordinate with and align stakeholders, technical leaders, and other product managers, communicating product roadmap and go-to-market plans
  • Develop, monitor, and synthesize business and adoption metrics, and other relevant indicators for success. Create a feedback loop from customer signals into the product roadmap
  • Mentor other product managers, set and maintain a higher bar for our collective product quality
  • Be the champion of the Product Management function at Evolve by contributing to hiring and retaining the best PMs

What makes you a great fit

  • 8+ years of relevant experience in Product Management or related discipline
  • An entrepreneurial mindset: You are comfortable rolling up your sleeves, thrive in ambiguity, and move fast
  • Experience building consumer/enterprise mobile, web and SaaS products
  • Demonstrated ability to work on technical products while closely collaborating with other product, engineering, and cross functional company leaders
  • Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
  • Bachelor's degree preferred

Location

Evolve has a flexible working environment so teammates can work remotely anywhere in the state of Colorado, in our beautiful downtown Denver office, remotely or a hybrid of both!

Compensation

For this role our salary range is $154,000 to 177,000, depending on relevant experience. This role will also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on both company and individual performance.

Additional compensation details:

Equity: 75% of salary equivalent RSUs

Variable comp: 15% of salary target
