What You'll Do
DSG Advisors is looking for a Private Wealth Associate to help service clients in several areas including:
- Provide ongoing client account maintenance (e.g., money transfer requests, checks, wires, ACHs, transfer of securities across, ongoing special client instructions)
- Prepare and process documentation for client transactions, including opening new accounts, transferring assets, deposits, withdrawals, account title changes, address changes
- Collaborate with client's trusted advisors (accountants, attorneys)
- Schedule meetings
- Prepare reports and support material for prospect and client meetings, including post-meeting documentation
- Perform other operational roles as requested
- Experience with estates and estate administration a plus
- You will report to the Chief Executive and Investment Officer
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2+ years' experience in financial services
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Motivation: ability to work in a fast-paced working environment
- Excellent verbal and written communications
- Proficiency with Microsoft products (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). Salesforce experience a plus and other traditional software packages
- Marketing and social media proficiency (LinkedIn)
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Suite
- The ability to prioritize and organize workflow
- Securities representative licenses (Series 7 and 66 licenses), or willingness to achieve licenses within first 12 months
- Signing bonus
