Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Provide treatment as ordered and approved by the attending physician.
- Evaluate the home environment and make recommendations.
- Establishes plan of treatment and goals
- Implements therapy according to the established plan
Qualifications and Experience:
- This position requires a bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited school of occupational therapy.
- Must be a licensed Occupational Therapist in the practicing state.
- Experience in Home Health preferred.
- Abide by the ethical guidelines as outlined by the American Occupational Therapy Association.
- A criminal background check must be performed before hire
- Adult and Pediatrics
- Will see in patients in Albuquerque, Rio Rancho, and surrounding areas.
