How you might spend your days

As Process Consultant, you'll be working with a motivated, multi-disciplinary team where, you'll:

  • Develop and establish maintenance plans for biotech equipment (i.e., tank and piping systems, centrifuges, chromatography processes, etc.)
  • Work with engineering databases such as SAP, eTIMS, PI, and DeltaV.
  • Field verify installed equipment and identify bill of materials (BOM).
  • Collaborate with multiple departments to determine most effective maintenance strategy.
  • Perform FMEA and RCA on most critical assets and create maintenance plans to mitigate possible failures.
  • Support site optimization projects through different project phases (CD, BD, DD, and CQV).
  • Ensure all documents and submissions meet regulatory compliance and document chain of custody for client.
  • Support teams to generate design specifications, support selection and procurement of process/mechanical equipment.

The miles you’ve walked

To apply for the position there are some things that are needed, and others are a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:

  • B.S. or M.S. in Technical Discipline
  • 1-5 years of experience in life sciences or chemical manufacturing.
  • CMRP is preferred
  • Experience with predictive maintenance and RCM to help ensure a proactive mindset

Our team of multidisciplinary process engineers are working on both upstream and downstream processes within pharma and biotechnology.
We are expecting our workload to increase drastically, and therefore we are looking to grow the team.
