So, what will you be doing?

In this role, you will foster a data-driven approach to develop and sustain a low cost/high margin fiber supply strategy and work closely with the local Plant Manager and central Procurement team to ensure Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost objectives are met.

The core responsibilities and duties include:

• 
  Manage weekly/monthly fiber inventory counts
• Communicate with fiber suppliers
• Perform tract audits
• Assist in the execution of the fiber plan
• Management of supplier performance to supply agreements, specifically delivery volumes and sustainability compliance
• Assist in the development of fiber plan and budget
• Communicate status of fiber to Operations and Management
• Understand markets in area and identify market changes that impact fiber plan and delivery flow

Who you are?

Do you have Experience in wood/fiber procurement or forest industry?

• A BS degree in Forestry or Forest Management
• Experience in wood/fiber procurement or forest industry
• Ability to plan, execute, and report on objectives
• Excellent negotiation skills, including contract negotiation, with proven performance in a Procurement environment.
