Produce food service sales representative Job at Bonanza Produce Company
Bonanza Produce Sparks NV is looking to expand its Sales Department. We are seeking experienced individuals with a background in food service sales. Candidates should possess prior produce experience and/or knowledge. We seek sales professionals to work on established routes in the Reno, Sparks, Carson City, lake Tahoe and other northern Nevada areas. Company vehicles are provided for all driving on routes. Qualified applicants must have a clean driving record and provide a DMV printout. Bonanza Produce is a locally owned wholesale produce distributor that has been doing business in Northern Nevada since 1968. We are an equal opportunity employer. We offer an attractive benefit package with an excellent 401 k program and a health insurance program with dental and vision packages included. These are salary positions paid weekly, with competitive starting salaries that are based on qualifications and route size. Performance based evaluations after learning designated routes, insure upward salary movement as well as successful placement based on qualifications. Bonanza Produce does not operate on commission for sales and instead builds salary increases directly into route performance. Our minimum starting salary is $850, but experienced candidates would begin at a higher scale. Benefit package takes effect after 60 days. Bonanza Produce is a stable, team oriented, established distributor with a wide service area, offering opportunities to learn by doing.
